Dual Advantages of Space & Stability: Strictly engineered with a scientific dimension of 13m (L) × 3m (W) × 1.7m (H) and a loading surface height of only 1m. It not only provides a super large loading space to easily accommodate large construction machinery such as excavators and bulldozers, but also significantly lowers the cargo center of gravity, effectively avoiding road height limit risks. It runs more stably during turning and climbing, reducing cargo shaking under complex road conditions and greatly improving transportation safety.


2. 50-Ton Heavy-Duty Structure:


Maximum Strength & Durability: The entire vehicle is precisely built for a 50-ton rated load. The main beam is made of thickened high-strength steel (10mm top + 12mm bottom), reinforced with 8mm vertical plates, 23 I-beam crossbeams and 6 longitudinal beams to form a stable load-bearing matrix, ensuring uniform force distribution and excellent anti-diving performance. The bottom plate adopts 3mm high-strength checkered steel plate, which is wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and not easy to deform. Key load-bearing parts undergo enhanced heat treatment, eliminating the risk of permanent deformation under long-term heavy loads, and the service life is far longer than the industry average.

Reliable Transmission & Travel System: Equipped with high-quality 245/70R17.5 vacuum tires, featuring a wide tread and tough rubber, which are wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and have good heat dissipation. They are suitable for various complex road conditions such as highways, construction sites and mining areas, ensuring smooth driving. It is fitted with industry-leading FUWA axles, adopting precision-forged differential gears and high-quality welded axle housings, with a single-axle rated load of over 13 tons and stable 3-axle combined bearing capacity. The braking system responds sensitively, matched with rolled splines and self-locking bolts for firm connection and no easy loosening. It is also easy to maintain and low in noise, reducing long-term use costs.
4. Practical Detail Design:


Improved Loading & Unloading Efficiency: Standard-equipped with ordinary mechanical ramps, integrally formed with thickened steel, featuring strong load-bearing capacity and simple operation. It supports construction machinery to drive up and down independently without additional hoisting equipment, greatly saving loading and unloading time and labor costs. The vehicle body is reserved with multiple standardized insertion holes for easy installation of fixing tools such as steel wire ropes and straps. The side beams are reinforced to nearly 30cm, further improving cargo fixing stability and adapting to the transportation needs of heavy goods of different sizes and shapes.
